My Story
I’m Anandagouda, and I help AI and SaaS startups fix their positioning and messaging so their product story actually connects, converts, and drives growth.
For the last 8 years, I’ve worked across performance marketing, growth strategy, and go-to-market execution. I’ve led marketing teams, managed over ₹20 crore in ad spend, launched products, built campaigns that went viral, and helped brands scale across digital channels.
I’ve seen what works. But more importantly, I’ve seen what doesn’t.
Founders often think they need better ads, more leads, or a sharper deck. In most cases, the real problem is much simpler. The story is not clear.
The market doesn’t understand who the product is for, what makes it different, or why it matters. Without that clarity, no amount of hustle or budget will make the GTM work.
I learnt this the hard way, working on launches that should have taken off but didn’t. Things only started moving when we fixed the story first.
So I shifted my focus. I now work with early-stage teams to solve this root problem before they scale.
